Stop the persecution of our Permanent Resident neighbors!
Be mindful of the enduring injustice borne by our Native neighbors!

Guest Host: RELEASE MN 8

At 8:30 am after the vigil, we will invite up to 5-6 people to gather and prepare to attend the court session from 9:00 to 10:30 AM

Parking available free at North and South LRT lots
***Please dress for snow and cold weather***

5-6 people will also be able to attend courtwatch in immigration court from 9-10:30am.

RELEASE MN 8 formed in 2016 when 8 lawful permanent resident men of Southeast Asian descent were detained and threatened with deportation to Cambodia. 2018 saw another surge of deportations of people who had never been in Cambodia, having come to the US with parents from refugee camps at a young age. Along with SEARAC - Southeast Asia Resource Action Center - RELEASE MN8 continues to be an active voice for those facing the horrors of detention and deportation to Southeast Asian countries.
