Soraya Sepahpour-Ulrich was in Iran among the people when Trump announced that the U.S. was pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal (the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action or JCPOA).  Soraya is an Iranian-American independent researcher and writer with a focus on U.S. foreign policy. She is a current events analyst, essayist, public speaker, and peace activist, and holds advanced degrees in Middle East studies, public diplomacy, and international relations. Her writings have been published by various national and international websites, and she is often a guest political commentator on radio and television.
