✔️Eric’s Law: Eric’s law would make any unintentional gun death of a minor child a felony. It’s currently a misdemeanor charge for the adult who allowed child access if the child is 14+. No more arbitrary lines, we want safe storage and accountability NOW!
✔️Survivor Assistance bill: Our Survivor Assistance bill would tax handgun ammunition and lead ammunition to benefit organizations providing direct services to gun violence survivors with the added incentive of reducing lead exposure to hunters, wildlife, children, and the environment.
